An AI on your Mac

SevenMail and Mimestream
Switching
Your mail, labels and stars live in Gmail. Switching is signing in with Google.
- 1Sign in with Google
In SevenMail, choose your Google account. That is the whole setup.
- 2Your mail is already there
Labels, stars and the archive live in Gmail, so they appear as you left them.
- 3Copy what stays behind
Settings inside the old app do not move. Copy what you want to keep first.
Both apps read your mail from Google, so nothing has to be moved. Sign in with Google in SevenMail and your labels, stars and archive are there. Settings you made inside Mimestream, such as templates and notification choices, stay in Mimestream, so copy what you want to keep first.

Questions
Is SevenMail released?+
Not yet. A closed beta comes first; the waitlist on the home page is the way in. The table marks what is in the beta and what is planned, and we change this page when that changes.
Can I use both?+
Yes. Both read your Gmail, and moves such as labels, archive and stars live in Gmail, so they show up in both. Boards, tasks and snoozes of SevenMail stay in SevenMail.
Why does SevenMail cost more than Mimestream?+
SevenMail includes boards, tasks and the AI features in one price. Mimestream is cheaper and lists no AI. If you do not need those, Mimestream is the better value.
Does SevenMail work with Outlook or other providers?+
Not yet. SevenMail works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, like Mimestream.
Where does the AI run?+
On your Mac, with Apple Intelligence. If you allow it, longer questions can use Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. Mimestream lists no AI.
