The short version. The full text below is the one that counts.
Apple handles purchase, billing and cancellation through the Mac App Store. We do not see or store your payment details.
It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage it in your Apple Account settings.
Apple Intelligence on your Mac sorts mail and suggests tasks. It can be wrong, so check important details. Nothing is moved, sent or deleted without your action.
You need the right to use the account, and Google’s terms still apply. SevenMail has no server that stores or reads your mail.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay as they are.

These terms apply to your use of the SevenMail app for Mac ("SevenMail") once it is available in the Mac App Store, and to the website sevenmail.app. SevenMail is provided by Foundster Corporate Services FZCO, IFZA Business Park – DDP, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates ("we"). The app is not released yet. Until it is, these terms apply to the website and the waitlist only.
You get SevenMail through the Mac App Store, so Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your licence, unless we publish a separate licence agreement for the app. These terms add to Apple's agreement and do not replace it. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for the licence itself.
SevenMail works with your Gmail account after you approve it on Google's own permission screen. You need the right to use that account, and Google's terms continue to apply to it. Your mail stays yours: SevenMail has no server that stores or reads it. SevenMail is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The app comes with its own privacy policy; this website's Privacy Policy covers the website and the waitlist.
SevenMail is planned as a subscription with a 14-day free trial. Apple handles the purchase, billing and cancellation through the Mac App Store. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the Mac App Store and differ by country. We do not see or store your payment details.
SevenMail uses Apple Intelligence on your Mac to sort mail, suggest tasks and answer questions about your mail. What it produces is a suggestion. It can be wrong or incomplete, so check important details yourself. SevenMail does not move, send or delete mail without your action. Apple's terms apply to Apple Intelligence and, if you allow it, to Private Cloud Compute.
Use SevenMail for your own mail and within the law. Do not use it to send spam or harmful content, to break the terms of Google or anyone else, to get unauthorised access to systems or accounts, or to copy, change, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
SevenMail, its name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. Your mail, files and other content stay yours, and we claim no rights to them.
We work to keep SevenMail and the website available and correct, but we cannot promise that they run without interruption or errors. Google, Apple and your network can change or fail. We may change the app, the website and these terms. When we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you in the app or by e-mail where we can. The date at the top shows the current version.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data that you could have avoided by checking the results or keeping your mail in Gmail. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using SevenMail at any time: cancel the subscription in your Apple Account and disconnect your accounts (Manage and delete your data explains how). We may stop providing SevenMail, or end your access, if you seriously break these terms.
Questions about these terms: support@sevenmail.app. Our details are in the Imprint.
