No confirmation e-mail?
Look in your spam folder and check that you typed the address correctly. The confirmation link works for seven days. After that, sign up again on the home page.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Every e-mail from us has an unsubscribe link. On that page you can also have your data deleted. More in Manage and delete your data.
Where is my data, and how do I remove it?

Is SevenMail available yet?
Not yet. It is coming to the Mac App Store. Join the waitlist on the home page and we write once when it is ready.
What do I need to run SevenMail?
A Mac with Apple silicon that runs macOS 27 and supports Apple Intelligence, and a Gmail account. Gmail comes first; other mail providers may follow.
Does SevenMail store my mail on a server?
No. Your mail goes between your Mac and Google. SevenMail keeps a local copy on your Mac so it is fast and works offline.
What does the AI see?
On your Mac, the on-device model sees the sender, the subject and the start of a message to sort it. For longer questions you can allow Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. Then your question and the mail needed to answer it go to Apple, which states that it does not store them.
Does SevenMail change my Gmail?
Only when you ask. Moving a card changes Gmail labels, and archiving, starring or trashing mail does what it does in Gmail. SevenMail never deletes mail permanently.
Can I use it without Apple Intelligence?
Yes. Sorting then falls back to Gmail’s own categories and simple rules. Boards, search and writing still work.
How do I remove my data?
Open Settings, then Accounts, and choose Disconnect. SevenMail revokes its access at Google and removes the account’s data from your Mac. You can also revoke access in your Google Account.
Is SevenMail made by Google?
No. SevenMail is an independent Mac app that works with your Gmail account.
