A few e-mails, not a stream
A confirmation, a welcome, invitations to the beta, updates about every two weeks (at most two a month) and one e-mail when SevenMail is available. Nothing else.
WaitlistComing soon to the Mac App Store
SevenMail is coming to the Mac App Store. Leave your address and we write when there is news: beta invitations in small groups, and one e-mail the day it is available.
We sent a link to . Click the button in that e-mail to confirm. Only then you are on the list.
Nothing there after a few minutes? Look in your spam folder.
How it works
You get one e-mail with a button. Click it and you are on the list. Until then you are not, and an address that is not confirmed is deleted after seven days.
Optional: a few questions, and an application for the beta. We invite testers in small groups and pick people who fit and want to give feedback. The first beta is small because Google has to approve the app before more people can sign in.
The day SevenMail is in the Mac App Store, you hear from us. It starts with 14 days free.
Our promise
The list is used for one thing: telling you how SevenMail is coming along.
A confirmation, a welcome, invitations to the beta, updates about every two weeks (at most two a month) and one e-mail when SevenMail is available. Nothing else.
Our e-mails contain no tracking pixels and no tracked links.
Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link. Tick “Also delete my data” and we remove everything except a one-way fingerprint of your address, so we never write to you by mistake.
We do not pass your address on for advertising. It is stored with Cloudflare, and the e-mails go out through Mailgun in the EU region. The privacy policy has the details.
Before you join
SevenMail is a Mac app for Gmail. You can join the list without any of this, but you need it to use the app.
No Apple Intelligence? SevenMail still works: sorting then falls back to Gmail’s own categories and simple rules.
Questions
No. Joining is free and commits you to nothing. SevenMail itself is a subscription, with 14 days free after launch.
There is no date yet. First comes a small beta, then the Mac App Store. You hear from us when there is news.
A small group at first. After you confirm, you can apply with the Gmail address you would sign in with. We pick people who fit (Gmail, a Mac with macOS 27) and want to give feedback. Everyone else gets the e-mail on launch day.
Look in your spam folder and wait a few minutes. You can sign up again after ten minutes; we send at most five confirmation e-mails to one address. Still nothing? Write to support@sevenmail.app.
We use it only to send you news about SevenMail. What we store, who processes it and for how long is written down in the privacy policy. Privacy Policy
